I Did Excess Of Masterbation In Last Week Around Eight

I did excess of masterbation in last week around eight times in that day and that causes lightheadedness and dizziness and also low b.p but now i am avoiding masterbation so can you please tell me is it a serious problem and any medication is required?? And how to recover soon?
