I Did Have My Left Nostril Operation Due To Being

I did have my left nostril operation due to being 90% plug. Everything is fine except that nostril is bleeding every once a while. I have been using Saline nasal spray moisturizer which help for while and then stars again.
I was using Neosporin to heel bleeding, but it is again short solution. Can you Doctor please gave me some good advise how to resolve that problem. Thank you. Sincerely, Mirko Ivancevic.
