I Did Maybe 4-5 Small Lines Of Cocaine Friday Night

I did maybe 4-5 small lines of cocaine friday night and drank quite a bit of alcohol. I'm really not supposed to drink because I have some minor pancreatitus, but anyway, I woke up saturday and had a tingling/numbing feeling in my left hand for about 2-3 days that was pretty bad, its been 4 days now and its pretty much gone, but does this sound serious to you?
