I Did Not Have A Period This Month, I Have

I did not have a period this month, I have had nausea,fatigue,dizziness,headaches when I first wake up, but I've taken four pregnancy tests over the last four days at varying times of the day ,all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant ? Or what else could be wrong?
