I Did Not Twist An Ankle, Or Anything Like That,

I did not twist an ankle, or anything like that, and yet both heels and both ankles (inner) are reddish, swollen, and sore. I have been sick in bed 2 days with an upper respiratory infection and am taking antibiotics. I have never had this symptom before?
