I Did Some Spray Painting And Didn't Bother To Put

I did some spray painting and didn't bother to put on a mask. I was outside (and it was windy.) I was painting for approx. 30 min. total. About 3 hours later I experienced a mild headache, mild stomach pain and watery but difficult diahhrea (slightly painful at times.) I also drank 2 cups of coffee, 2 hours before my symptoms, and had an atypically small amount to eat throughout the day. I very rarely get sick or experiemce such symptoms. Does it seem likely that inhalation of aerosol fumes could cause this?
