I Did Surgery 6 Weeks Ago To Remove Fibroid And

I did surgery 6 weeks ago to remove fibroid and a cyst and endometriosis (myomectomy ). I have not had sex since surgery. 2 weeks before the surgery I started taking birth control pills to delay my period . I took zentel.....worm pills.....2 weeks ago. I have had 2 periods since surgery. Today I found out I was pregnant....did an ultrasound .....is that possible?
If I'm pregnant can my baby be normal ?
