I Did The MRI Of Brain To My Little Boy

I did the MRI of Brain to my little boy 3 years and half years old, and the Conclusion is written like that: Findings suggestive of a mild degree of septo-optic dysplasia, to be correlated clinically.
my question is if it is mild degree as they said is it obligatory to face the 3 or any of the major problems that the SOD in the future?
Now my son can see clearly and he doesn't have any brain damage but he has a little delay in speech
