I Did The Salt And Ice Challenge And I Was

I did the salt and ice challenge and i was really stupid to do it i didn't keep it on for too long but its pretty red right where i did it and it kinda hurts like a burn. I just wanna know how long it will take to heal. And if i have frostbite or something?
