I Did Vist A Doctor By Video. He Gave Me

I did vist a doctor by video. He gave me a anabiotic for my sore throat and ears. I have been have chest tightness and fast heart rate for a little last night I took albuterol and felt a little better haven't taken any all day and feel horrible. They said I the doc office my heart rate was high. I have fevers on and off but they never come up on a thermometer. Please help. Thanks
