I Did What I Thought Was A Minor Puncture In

I did what I thought was a minor puncture in my inside elbow artery two days ago as well as superficial cutting. I have experienced massive blood loss many times from suicide attempts over the years and know the sensations of it. I have not looked at the wound since I bandaged it all up two days ago. I lost a very small amount of blood but I am experiencing symptoms of more. Rapid pulse, shortness of breath, weakness, nausea and headaches. I am aware of and believe in psycho-sematic reactions but I thought I should ask anyway and yes I am receiving psychiatric care. Thank you for your help.
