I Didn't Get My Period Last Month And My Period

I didn't get my period last month and my period is late this month. I've had a small amount of spoting. I've been feeling really nauseous for the last few weeks. I've been having all the signs and symptoms of being pregnant, but I took an at home pregnancy test and it said negative. So am I pregnant? If so how far am i?
