I Didn't Have A Cycle For The Month Of May

I didn't have a cycle for the month of May and my last period was April 19. I went take a pregnancy test June 1 but it came out negative my cycle usually come every first of the month. I am have lower cramps, lower back pain, headaches, and mood swings. Should I take another pregnancy test or accept the negative pregnancy test. Is clear pee or light yellow pee a sign of pregnancy.
