I Didnt Have Any Sexual Intercourse, But For Two Days,

I didnt have any sexual intercourse, but for two days, I have a white discharge in small amount at tip of the penis, frequently passing urine, little bit burning while passing urine and seen some amount of blood once while passing urine. I also have fever but I have no pain anywhere in my body. I have never encountered such problem before. The colour of urine is sometimes white and sometimes light yellow(normal color of urine). So what's this? Uti?
