I Didn't Open The Boot Of My Car Fully And

I didn't open the boot of my car fully and stood up quickly and hit my head on the edge of the door. It hurt and I got a bump on my head. No loss of consciousness. I had a slight head ache and neck pain. This happened a week ago. It is feeling better, but get occasional mild head aches. Not enough to take pain killers.
