I Didn't Realize There Was A Fee. How Can I

I didn't realize there was a fee. How can I be sure you all can help me with the info I need? The info I have entered is for my husband. He is on disability and because of some health issues of my own that is our only income so we have to budget every penny. If I knew you all could give me the facts I need to say to my husbands doc it would be worth every penny to give him relief from the pain while still being alert and able to function. I am not very internet savvy so not sure how I can know that I am talking to a real doctor.
