I Discovered A Lump On The Roof Of My Mouth

I discovered a lump on the roof of my mouth about a year ago. Went to the dentist when it grew a bit, they said it looked like my retainer caused it 6 months ago. At that time I noticed my tonsil on the same side was a little swollen but just figured a tonsils stone was growing. And a few wks ago I found a lump on my neck below that tonsile that's about the size of a quarter. It doesn't hurt but is rock hard and my sinuses and earsee have been feeling pressure lately. I have an apt with an ent monday. Any ideas?
