I Discovered What Looked Like A Large Mosquito Bite Near

I discovered what looked like a large mosquito bite near my groin. The red circle is larger now with a red streak leading away from the main red circle. The size of the circle is about the size of a silver dollar. I only see one puncture in the middle, it doesn't itch, I don't know what bit me.
