I Dislocated My Kneecap And Tore Ligaments On Outside Of

I dislocated my kneecap and tore ligaments on outside of knee area 6 wks ago. I have been using a DELOAder brace to hold my kneecap in place for 2 hrs at a time. My knee is still so painful and I cannot put weight on it. It is not healing well even after I had 4 injections of HYALGAN for arthritis. What can I do to promote healing? I had Xray but not MRI. I am thinking of acupuncture and cold laser therapy.
