I Dislocated My Right Index Finger Hand Knuckle As Well

I dislocated my right index finger hand knuckle as well as its' next knuckle down that finger April 1, 2015. My hand was x rayed and no break was found. that finger is pretty dysfunctional but better than it was. the knuckles swell proportionate to use. when I close that hand the injured finger no longer meets the other finger tips. I there anything I can do to improve use now.
