I Dislocated My Shoulder 12 Weeks Ago Had A Scan

I dislocated my shoulder 12 weeks ago had a scan yesterday and was told I had fluid on my shoulder and swelling am and slight chippings but the muscles were still attached I had a slight tear what do you think I should do you know has not been giving much advice
