I Dislocated My Shoulder 8 Months Ago And Had Surgery

I dislocated my shoulder 8 months ago and had surgery and a screw put in to reconnect a slither of bone torn off back to the main bone but I have a tinging in my middle finger that still persists ... Will this go away ? Is there anything I can do to improve it ?
