I do 16 lunges x 4 a day, 50 push ups a day, 50 squats a day and jog/walk 4 times a workout between lunges. I blend a banana, beet, carrot,kale, yogurt, berries and a little crystal light each morning and also have a 16 oz. glass of v8 every morning and try to eat a healthy lunch of protein and veggies. I also like to have a few cocktails in the evenings. My question is why are my ankles swelling a little sometimes?
