I Do Have Plantar Flasciitis But I'm Experiencing It Now

I do have plantar flasciitis but I'm experiencing it now both feet and sharp stabbing pains both feet top and bottom and in my toes and hot feet I just took time off from working because I can't stand without pain
I've woke up during night do to stabbing pain can't stand directly up haft to ease into it.
