I Do Have Severe Shoulder Pain And Been Diagnosed With

I do have severe shoulder pain and been diagnosed with sinusitis. I've been blowing nose constantly for 5 days . I have a severe cough and began to gag recently. The discharge from my nose is thick and yellow. I feel some of this is caught in my throat. Oh yeah I also was conjunctivitis but that seem to clearing up.
