I Do Have Sliding Hiatal Hernia, And I Think That

I do have sliding hiatal hernia, and I think that I already have complications like erosive esophagus this because the reflux acid, this is what doctor said. I am experiencing all of the sudden abdominal painful attacks, phlegm on my throat and the bubbling and burning sensation in my chest and down my stomach 24/7 would you please help and educate me about this matter?
