I Do Not Have A Primary Physician. I Went To

I do not have a primary physician. I went to urgent care about 3 months ago and was given antibiotics for an anal abcess. After 2 rounds of antibiotics it started to heal but still hasn't gone away completely. Very small and doesn't hurt at all, really never has. Do I need further treatment or will it eventually go away on its own. Very nasty and aggregating. Thanks for any advise.
