I Do Not Have Any Surgical Or Pathology Reports To

I do not have any surgical or pathology reports to send you. I am asking if it is necessary for me to take the Estrogen receptor medications and/or radiation for a 0 stage cancer. I have had breast surgery and the disease was confined to intraductal, with no lymph node involvement. The cells were assigned positive for ER. A second surgery was performed a month later pathologist per request for wider margins. There was no cancer cells in those margins.
