I Do Not Have Difficulty Breathing And I Do Not

I do not have difficulty breathing and I do not have shortness of breath but i feel a slight tightness in my chest at the breast bone. heart rate is 75-80 and blood pressure is 135/75 normal heart rate is 65-70. I can exercise and I still feel about the same. something just feels different
