I Do Not Seem To Have Symptoms I Read, But

I do not seem to have symptoms I read, but I have a rash on the upper back specially around the bones on both sides and I get. Burning sensation on both shoulder blades front sides and a little below. I get the urge to scratch and get a burning sensation during shower which subsides slightly a little later .But I scratch often during day and specially at night when I go to bed
