I donated plasma 8 days ago. I'm 52, 160pds, very good health. It was my 4th time. They had a problem getting a good flow and readjusted the needle. Blood leaked out and I think they hit a nerve. My arm hurts when I fully extend it and reach upward. The swelling is almost gone and it is only bruised where the needle was inserted. The pain is gradually decreasing. Is 8 days a long time to have it hurt?
