I Don't Believe This Is An Emergency As It Has

I don't believe this is an emergency as it has been going on for awhile now, but I have a couple different issues that may or may not be related. The first is moments of my heart racing. This has happened for several years, however it seems to be happening more often over the past couple of months. It only lasts for about 5 seconds, which is just long enough that I feel myself just starting to almost panic or try to catch my breath and then it stops.
The second thing that has been happening is that I have a constant pain in the right side of my chest and right side under my should blade area. The pain intensifies when I take a deep breath, sneeze, cough, etc. If I put weight on my right side, such as readjusting in bed or something like that, there is intense pain under my should blade in the back. That area is also very tender to the touch. I do also have some dull pain in my upper arm at all times as well.
