I Don't Feel Well. I Feel Like I Have A

I don't feel well. I feel like I have a fever but do not. I had a urine sample taken last Thursday and they thought I had a bladder infection but it came back "no growth". I was given antibiotics but still don't feel well. I was told on Thursday that there was blood and red and white blood cells detected in the urine. I just feel kind of flue like, a little dizzy and occasionally I will break out in a sweat (maybe once or twice a day).
