I Don't Have A Valid Credit Card. That I Walked

I don't have a valid credit card. That I walked here and am at someone's house to help them walk their dog really isn't important here, but they suffered a stroke in the past year, have limited mobility and can't drive. I know I visit an Emergency Room but I would prefer not to.... Unless it's serious. (I have a high tolerance for pain and once worked three weeks with broken ribs. I know, that's not very smart.
