I Dont Have Health Insurance Right Now And Am Trying

I dont have health insurance right now and am trying to determine if i need to actually see a doctor. I have periods of time, usually weeks or maybe two months where I am chronically fatigued, light headed, feeling exhausted, somewhat depressed, short of breath and may have trouble with vision and migraines. I take flouxetine for depression and anxiety and recently was not able to get my prescription for about 2 months. I started back on it 3 weeks ago. I have low blood pressure, always have and low heart rate about 40bpm but I am in great physical shape and workout often. not sure if this is just a bout of depression or something else.
