I Don't Know All Of A Sudden My Hairs Started

I don't know all of a sudden my hairs started falling whenever I wash my hairs with hot water while having shower. After few days when I saw my head in the mirror I found that I lost most of my internal hairs and only few hairs are left covering my head from the top. Now I stopped washing my hairs but still I couldn't recover my hair since 3 months.
