I Don't Know For Sure If I'm Pregnant Or Not

I don't know for sure if I'm pregnant or not I'm having some symptoms like fatigue and sometimes I feel queasy but I've had bleeding for a couple days like three weeks ago then I spotted for a day this last week, I took a pregnancy test last week that said negative but if I am I should be around 6 weeks today so I may have taken it too early.. What do you recommend?
