I Don't Know If I Am Getting Bit Or If

I don't know if I am getting bit or if I have skin condition. I've been getting these small areas that start out red and swollen very itchy and as they heal get darker with what I can describe as a flower pattern. They appear randomly and one at a time I've had it under my armpit, thigh, behind knee concistently for over a year now. They may go away for a little bit but then come back.
