I Don’t Know If I Got A Sti But I

I don’t know if I got a sti but I got like 2 or 3 bumps that feel like pimples by the side of the area of where you can see the butthole and the vagina hole and I’m scared that I may have a sti. I had sex on the 16 or 17 think and then I was drunk and did anal and now I am scard and I’m 16 too :(
