I Don't Know What There In My Pubic Hair I

I don't know what there in my pubic hair i think there is a group of hair stuck with each other and with a white material and make something like a tail and i think this tail.is coming from one area what should i do with it ... Is it a hair or what ... Shoud i shave this thing ?
