I Don't Know What's Going On With Me. Occasionly Whie

I don't know what's going on with me. Occasionly whie having a bowel movement, I begin to feel sich and throw up. Then I have a cold sweat, feel hot; but after I throw up, everything is fine. I feel my salava thicken as I get the urge to throw up. What could this be?
