I Don't Really Have A Question. I Have Never Taken

I don't really have a question. I have never taken any drugs and my Dr. prescribed Atorvastain 20mg and I am so concerned about taking it. It seems I hear all negative side effects. Can you give me some reassurance? I am taking 200 mg of COq 10. I hear that will help the muscle tenderness.
