I Don't Remember Hitting My Forehead During The Night 3

I don't remember hitting my forehead during the night 3 nights ago but I've had a headache above my left eye brow about 1 inch square close to my nose ever since. It's barely relieved by 650mg acetaminophen 3x a day. Feels like a bruise but there was no swelling or discoloration. Reminds me of sinus headache but it's only in that one spot. Cold compress helps temporarily. What else should I do?
