I Don't Remember If I Have My 18 Month Old

I don't remember if I have my 18 month old his dose of cephalexin. He is on three doses is 6 ml a day. I know I gave him at least two doses today but am unsure of the third. Should
I give him an extra dose to be safe or skip it and wait until the morning.
