I Don't Think I Have IBS But I Am Having

I don't think I have IBS but I am having some issues with painful (and embarrassing) gas and bloating, for about 3 weeks now. Not everyday, but most days. No constipation, eliminations are 2-3 times daily, no bloody stool, no weight gain or loss, and no change in diet. Had a clean colonoscopy 6 years ago.
