I Don't Think There Is An Easy Answer. Deeply Low

I don't think there is an easy answer. Deeply low mood and despair born of a difficult hurtful family history which leaves me suffering mental anguish and raw feelings of pointlessness and shame. Therapy has supported me and also meds. I can't get the quality of psychotherapy I need in my city. When I feel bad -I just wonder how long I can live with such emotional pain. There isn't an answer it seems.
