I Doubled Up On My Synthroid Today By Accident -

I doubled up on my synthroid today by accident - .1mg. I'm a big sweater at the gym after doing an hour spin class. I noticed I didn't sweat at all which is very unusual. Does that have anything to do with the extra dose of synthroid thst I took? Thank you
