I Drank A Lot Of Wine And Threw It Up

I drank a lot of wine and threw it up that night. The next day other than not feeling well I was okay in the morning. I was coughing during the day from getting sick that night. Around 4 in the afternoon I coughed and felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen on the right sound. The pain only last around 5 minutes. A couple of minutes later I sneezed and a bloody discharge came out of my vagina. I am ovulating and during that time I do usually have a clear colored discharge. I continued to have blood come out everytime I used the bathroom and it has been three days of this. The first day it looked like fresh blood. The past two days it has been much lighter in color and sometimes not even there. My fiancé and I did have sex before we went out the night I had wine and it was a little raw down there after sex. I'm just trying to figure out what is going on.
