I Drank Alcohol And I Had Sex 3 Times In

I drank alcohol and I had sex 3 times in a row before my vagina started burning . The next day it started burning even more so I went to quickcare and they gave me pills for uti. Didnt work. Symptoms got worse so I went to my ob I explained I started peeing blood and 4 bumps appeared on my vagina. She tested for herpes. And gave me medicine to treat it. I been taking that medicine for 4 days and my symptoms are getting much worse. I cry when I pee. Now it also starts burning when I poop. I feel everything down there is swollen. What could it be?!
