I Drank Alcohol And Consumed Cocaine Last Night. I Threw

I drank alcohol and consumed cocaine last night. I threw up when I started doing coke, once. Throughout the night I had no problems. Today I woke up and drank a beer. When I was halfway through the second one I had to vomit. But in order to get to the bathroom I held it in my mouth. After the first vomit I vomited twice more right after and blood came out when I did. I have had no pain or other vomiting episodes. That was about 4 hours ago. Should I go to the ER?
